All sales are final.

Each OU piece is made to order specifically for the client. Because of the custom nature of our work, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Our pieces are produced internationally and require careful sourcing, fabrication, packing, and freight coordination. For this reason, all made-to-order purchases are final.

We encourage clients to review all product details, dimensions, materials, finishes, and lead times before placing an order. Natural stone varies in color, veining, tone, and pattern, and these variations are part of the character of each piece.

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product so we can review the issue with the freight carrier.

By placing an order with OU, the client acknowledges and agrees that the order is custom made and non-returnable.
